Fake AI nonsense. Look at the doorjamb in the mirror. A mini half door that doesn’t align with the door next to it? The surroundings don’t make sense.

I’m also skeptical whenever I can’t reverse search images, such as with this one. I get two posts on reddit with no name attributed.
I do believe this is AI, the small door plus it appears they may have overlayed some noise to disguise the AI noisy look
