Title: How much did I just spend for 2 WEEKS of food on CARNIVORE?

Items & quantities

- Eggs (pasture-raised): 4 flats of 18 eggs (72 eggs total).
- Chicken thighs: 2 large packs (~5.2 lb each) at $7.38 per pack; “enough for at least 10 meals.”
- Hickory-smoked bacon: 4 lb total (brand mentioned as hickory-smoked/Wright-style).
- Frozen beef burger patties: 6 lb total.
- Optional add-on: a “couple of ribeyes.”

Is this like a pro Walmart advert?
Kinda but not really, just demonstrating carnivore isn’t expensive. You can use any bulk buying club for the same effect. Costco is cheaper I think, especially if you get the 20lbs tubes of ground beef
I’ve noticed similar pattern, it’s not that carnivore is cheap, it’s that all the other food is expensive and you need to eat so much of it. Since you don’t eat all day and don’t need snacks anymore the food budget just shrinks into nothing.
My food budget is about $3-5 a day, but I live in a different place then the video author
The sheer amount of time I’ve saved eating only one meal a day alone is incredible and of great personal value.
