Not sure if you are poking fun at it but I like Bigflo & Oli dommage
Don’t worry about this at all, this is actually a great opportunity.
You have a full year where you are a very competitive intern/research applicant because most of your schooling is behind you.
Not only that, but you can probably take an internship in the spring or fall semester when everyone else is in school. You can get some really primo internships. University of Waterloo is a school you probably never heard of but you find their students in all the big tech companies in the spring and fall because the school pushes them to take a semester off(I think). It’s a great strategy.

When someone wins and they redistribute the excess votes for that person, how do they choose which votes get redistributed and which votes get discarded?
Is done chronologically? Not sure how else to do it.
Could have at least used Le Chat

Very well said. Everything good in life, will have some aspects that you (the global ‘you’) won’t like.
Lemmy is a huge improvement over corporate social media. Maybe it has some ideologies you don’t like here, but it beats an algorithm that secretly manipulates you.
If I use a FOSS product, then I try to pay for it, even if it’s not perfect. For example, Firefox gets a lot of well deserved hate but without it I’m not sure there would be a realistic FOSS browser.
I’m pretty sure it shows me the speed limit when in driving mode.
looks like NeTEx is Europe’s version of GTFS.

My guess is this is a great marketing strategy. Financial success is Musk’s north star so he would happily shit on himself if it makes a buck.
I would be fascinated if they can change their weights.

vatlark@lemmy.worldto Ask@lemm.ee•What's a luxury you bought yourself that you're really glad you did?English24·15 days agoI paid a bit more for a bike than I expected. Nothing compared to a Dutch person’s weekend bike from what I hear. I got it used but the parts are all high quality, I think.
My life changed to being much more bike centric and I’m really happy with the purchase. The frame is carbon and I carry it up and down 5 flights of stairs 2-3 times a week.
Interesting that your default unit of chips is ‘a chip’ and not ‘a handful of chips’ or ‘a bag of chips’.
