I get what you guys are saying but this idealogy is what makes this a reality. People must continue to protest in large numbers. Only once the numbers dwindle will they sweep in and start charging people with terrorism. There is safety in numbers.

October 14th is also George Floyd’s birthday. If it passes I’ll be celebrating George Floyd Day of Remembrance. It’s actually perfect. They still won’t be able to control the narrative.
I spend more of my free time gaming because it’s cheap and there have been fantastic games released lately. Definitely more depressed this year but it’s just the state of the world. Doing what I can to protect my peace. It’s kinda felt kinda like covid all over again.
Same. I started cutting back on everything I could at the beginning of the year.
Switched from fast food to takeout from local restaurants, canceled all my Amazon subscribe and save orders, and bought everything I possibly could from Costco. I’ve actually saved a lot this year.
Oh look a little baby troll. So cute and fluffy!!
Could it lead to communism? Sure. Does it have to? No.
As some of the others have commented a lot of countries have had success with a hybrid of capitalism/socialism.
I think you may be confusing socialism with communism.
More than 1.2 million immigrants disappeared from the labor force from January through the end of July, according to preliminary Census Bureau data analyzed by the Pew Research Center. That includes people who are in the country illegally as well as legal residents.
I feel like this is their best bet to get people to take their ruling seriously though. Plenty of time to try to legally appeal, plenty of time for people to get used to the idea of it being illegal, plenty of time for the stock market to take it seriously as well.
I feel exactly the same way you do. It’s incredibly rare for me to find anyone I’d even consider dating. I’d rather just fuck and go. I’m upfront about what I want and try my best not to lead people on and for the most part it’s worked out well for me. But I’m gay and the beautiful thing about being gay is we’ve figured out we don’t have to conform to heterosexual relationship norms.
I think in the straight community it’s a little more challenging, but not impossibleI think the important thing is so keep your integrity during the process. Respect the people you’re hooking up with, don’t lead them on, and cut them off when you see they might not be able to handle a hookup only situation. That last part sounds cruel but it’s in their best interest.
Boy and girl cats grow up??
Ahh I know the song you’re talking about now!
Witch one?
I’m confused. So you do or don’t need her approval? Because you’re saying both things.
Yeah but not what the church teaches. The church teaches that homosexuality and promiscuity led to the downfall of Sodom but the bible explicitly states: Ezekiel 16:49 “‘Now this was the sin of your sister Sodom: She and her daughters were arrogant, overfed and unconcerned; they did not help the poor and needy."
But that doesn’t really fit with the American church’s worldview so they leave that part out.
I had a similar experience. The more I learned about autism the more excited I became about finally having an answer to all the things that didn’t make sense the last 30+ years. After obsessing over articles and videos about how other people on the spectrum dealt with things like burnout and rage, I started to feel peace about who I was for the first time in my life. I went back and forth questioning whether or not I should get a formal diagnosis and ultimately made the decision not to for this one simple reason: It didn’t matter. If the “solutions” that worked for autistic people worked for me, then everything else was just semantics.
If believing I was on the spectrum improved my quality of life, it didn’t matter whether it was true or not.
I think maybe the wording in your title is throwing people off because as a lot of people are pointing out we CAN make make choices that limit the amount of enshittification we experience in our own lives. Seems like what you’re trying to say is choosing not to support enshittification doesn’t stop companies from continuing enshittification.
Her name was Wesley LePatne. She was the CEO of the housing branch of Blackstone.
Media really is trying it’s best not to acknowledge he killed the CEO of one of the largest private investment firms in the world. Definitely not Luigi 2.0.
Quick someone feed the troll!
