Do you know of anything that works locally on mobile devices?

Would any of these apps allow for monitoring your listening activity? Similar to Spotify’s annual wrapped playlist?

Hello! I am in Chicago and curious to explore Lemmy and shoot the shit :)

I haven’t had a chance yet! Seems like a bit of a departure from his usual stuff but very topical

I’ve also been intrigued, but it seems like a harder jump to make than mastodon or lemmy. Like with twitter or Reddit I’m mostly interacting with strangers anyway, but I don’t really want my instagram to be photos of people I don’t know.

Would you try to get your friends to make the switch with you?

I love Technology Connections for an easy, interesting watch. He just explains how appliances work lol

I also have not found much in the way of appealing content, but I imagine that is just an issue with the user base. It’s also still in beta for iOS, so there just aren’t that many people putting out content.

I am curious as to its prospective role in the fediverse. Is the idea that it is analogous to instagram reels or other such videos interspersed throughout a twitter feed in addition to a standalone app?
