I actually watched this for the first time quite recently. It was a decent disaster movie.

Fediverse@lemmy.world•Fediverse wide cross-instance / cross-platform link substitution [UX improvement thoughts]English
4·6 days agoHow the links act is different from client to client. If you click the link in the Lemmy web UI, it will take you directly to Lemmy.wtf, but if you used Voyager (iOS client), it will automatically redirect to your own instance.
This is something that should be built into the Lemmy web UI.
You can also use browser addons. I have an addon that redirects me to my own instance, if I click on a link in my browser. I also have an addon that takes me from YouTube to Peertube, if the video also exist in PeerTube or if I click a PeerTube link, it takes me to my instance.
Also how dare you criticise the awesome TLD .wtf, which is clearly an abbreviation of “What The Fediverse”?!

3·8 days agoI would say that both games is an achievement. Guild Wars was unique and still is, while Guild Wars 2 also was quite unique, while also being very different from the original Guild Wars.

1315·11 days agoThat’s nonsense. Just because something is open source, doesn’t mean that support doesn’t exist.

PeerTube@lemmy.wtf•The CC on the Peertube App aren't working for me?
2·18 days agoI don’t use remote runners on my instance yet, but I know that if it’s a video where someone is whispering, the AI does not pick it up very well and most of the transcript end up blank.

PeerTube@lemmy.wtf•The CC on the Peertube App aren't working for me?
2·18 days agoIt will only show the “CC” icon, if there’s subtitles. However, as already mentioned, the AI generated subtitles might be empty and therefore you will not see any subtitles.
Where are you from and which PeerTube instance were you using?
