OpenAI has become a load-bearing company for the tech industry, both as a narrative — as previously discussed, ChatGPT is the only Large Language Model company with any meaningful userbase
I guess this is true if we ignore Google which is more than a LLM company since that can pre-install gemini on half of people’s devices and everyone interacts with using gsuite.

It’s pretty useful replacing stack overflow that could also generate code specific to your project. It’s also useful for testing. Like any tool, it has its use cases.
