I think that’s because prostate cancer can be slow spreading and at advanced age (70s 80s) you have much more chance of dying from something else before it becomes an issue so why risk the surgery. In your 50s or 60s it’s a whole different calculation.

4·6 months agoThey still exist but it’s usually small mom and pop places for AmEx, in my experience. Just because they take a slightly bigger cut.
They definitely take AmEx that’s typically what I use.

3·1 year agoYeah, that’s like 80% free. Windows itself is bloated and if you add a couple modern games on top of that… Good luck.
Probably an abundance of caution. I’m pretty sure referrer headers wouldn’t be sent if you modified the URL and that’s the only concern I can think of.
*For a new tab that is. Cookies aren’t going to care about a new tab unless you open a private one first.

They’re absolutely not doing everything they can. Everything they can would be to not use the works. They’re doing as much as they’re willing to do. If it wasn’t for the threat of lawsuits they wouldn’t even be doing that much.
Bottoms up in Richmond VA has one called the State Fair: Spicy brown mustard, sausage, caramelized onions and roasted red peppers.
Years ago when I had it I remember it being surprisingly good.
