Lync was such garbage. I used that for years at one of my old jobs. Teams just feels like discord with extra shittiness lol.

Good luck. Software development market is absolute trash now. I can’t get a job with nearly 10 years of experience. One of my old jobs has gone from 35 developers to 5 who use ChatGPT to generate most of their code and just check and make small modifications.

Also you should know that there are other diseases that can cause similar symptoms. I have mixed connective tissue disease. It causes me to have tremors, sleep constantly, and my biceps and calves hurt intensely after a little effort. It’s debilitating. It took me a year to get diagnosed.

I’m a software engineer but can’t even get a call back due to the fact that tons of us are unemployed right now. Many unemployed have more experience than I do.

The best part is that I can’t even get a job at a grocery store because I’m “overqualified” according to one store in my neighborhood.
