Quantum is Setellagama’s ultra lightweight 2d6 engine. They’ve got a few genre titles. It’s their Cepheus Light stripped to its bare essentials, to the point that it doesn’t make sense to call it Cepheus anymore.

The higher tier is $34 for a lot of books, including all of the lower tier. Still a bargain.

No, it’s designed as a historic catalogue of notable past starships. It’s a cool read. Just found out you can buy a restored/scanned copy off of DrivethruRPG.

There’s also a heavily modified d20 RPG launched in 2006. I don’t know much about it.

I have no experience with this specific setting, but I’ve played SW quite a bit. I think it would be pretty straightforward to adapt it to FATE, and with a little extra effort but a better result to Cortex Prime.
