Isn’t fail2ban a possibility too? I created a filter for chatgpt and some others, and it feels like its working. My radicale server is my only free acessable service but it comes with a small webgui and so the bots showed up. I have no clue if the bot gets a fraction of your site each time it shows up, but seemingly the ban happens within 300ms when I remember correct. So it wouldn’t be that much of information…

Well my first reply is: setting up yor own router is like to learn driving with a touring car. You just need to know a lot to set up/handle everything properly. Its just not easy and in m opinion the most wrong point to start.

DNS-wise I would like to recommend something like pihole. To me it was my first thing I installed and used until this day and also the handling of DNS is quite easy. Maybe you should consider lerning other things before setting up your own router.

Würde es nur um “rechten müll” gehen, wäre es schon schwer genug die Betreiber zur Rechenschaft zu ziehen. Aber es geht dabei mMn. um erheblich manigfaltigere Probleme. Und die Betreiber der Plattformen sind auch offenbar nicht bereit im Sinne der existierenden Gesetze der einzelnen Länder Inhalte zu Filtern. Was wahrscheinlich auch nur in einem bestimmten Rahmen möglich wäre.

Denn Gesetze gibts schon zu genüge. Durchsetzen ist allerdings wie immer schwierig. Aber ein pauschales Gesetz durchsetzen welches die gesamte Plattform unzugänglich macht ist da sicher viel einfacher.

Ok, I have watched a short video to create a colour profile with RawTherapee but it was a kind of preset for internal uses. I have no clue if this can be exported. But yes, It could be difficult to achive what I am looking for and create this profile…

Maybe I underestimate this peofiles, but I got it this way:
These profiles are made to have better matching colours when it comes to different devices. For example, a photo camera, your display and the printer. All of them will show differences for each colour in your taken pictures. A profile is used to minimize those differences so that the print is as close as it could get on your taken or edited picture colorwise.

So I think this is not the tool I am looking for. Moreover, to create my own profile i need a colorimeter to measure the colours my display is showing.

Another possibility is, microsoft drops access to kernel level. This would solve all these problems at once. No more cheats on kernel level, no more anticheat on kernel level are needed.

Unfortunately I think Microsoft will avoid doing so, because it would remove one of the last barriers to switch to linux.

When you are talking about “popular” games, you mean service games that are often some kind of multiplayer games. Each of them binds a lot of players and is big and popular, indeed. But these are only a few compared to the amount of games that have been released in the past decade. Let alone released games from 2024 that are listed on imdb.com are 1551 Imdb.com

I use Trilium and I like it. The first thing I would like to mention: Trilium is stale and there is Trilium Next the official successor… More or less… If you choose to try, start with the one that is still in development.

But to be fair, I does not use it as I wanted to. My plan was to use it completly with markdown but I am to dumb or ignorant to do it right. So I simply use the wysiwig style integration to style my texts.

I will watch a video that shows me how to properly use markdown in there.

On the other hand, actually I think about switching to some AsciiDoc Notes/Wiki stuff. Simply because I like the way AsciiDoc works…

Naja, für viele wird allein die kompatibiltät mit dem eigenen schon vorhandenen Gerät sein die das verhindert. Sowohl das aktuelle als auch das vorherige gerät taucht in der Kompatibilitätsliste nicht auf.

Auch ist das neuste Gerät das ich eben entdeckt hab ein Xiaomi Tablett von 2023. Allerdings ist es auch das einzige von 2023.
