(Speeding caught in-person is fined hundreds of dollars and points on the license.) The camera fine should be more, the fine for not moving your car for the street sweepers is more! Also the fact he had 4 school zone violations in the same month means that both the fine is too little and also he would also totally run over a kid eventually if he stays in the city.
