Ask Lemmy@lemmy.world•Do you have any fantasy worlds that you love so much that you want to move & live there forever?
4·2 years agohonestly, you can! its a skill and if you work at it and practice, your mind can really open up.
as a full time stoner, idk how pulling in literal smoke couldnt be bad for my lungs, ive found my respiration severly decline, and my heart and circulation continually feel worse.

Ask Lemmy@lemmy.world•What sandwich do you want your partner to make for you?
4·2 years agofirst, she makes some foccacia (she is italian). after slicing a lot of thin slices of mortadella and chilli salami from a local butcher she grates a significant amt of mozzarella. thick slices of tomato with salt and pepper on top, a nice handful of basil and parsley and some kewpie mayo and balsamic glaze over it all.
put all that in the fresh foccacia and damn, i cant think of anything better.
edit: i forogt to add some olive oil to the undersides of the bread, and also if im not feeling mortadella, i go champagne ham.
also, thin slices may be controversial, but thick slices dry out the sandwich for me

Unpopular Opinion@lemmy.world•People who generalize as if the US is one government instead of one big inept government and then 50+ governments that have districts and counties and cities are aggravatingly ignorant and smug.
72·2 years agoas someone who considers themselves left wing, you certainly fit into the right wing ideal of ‘american exceptionalism’, even going so far to generalise a whole part of the world.
racism usually isnt a tenent of the left, but i guess i just ‘dont understand’ how you guys do it over there :)
