Our office has a similar machine, it grinds the beans and then does some sort of high-pressure french press. The problem is that the beans are rancid and the coffee contains a lot dusty fines.
So your Aeropress is likely way better!!

You’ve gained a table and lost some scrap wood - wins on both sides!
It looks awful but lets you comment out the last of a comma-separated group. (I still use trailing commas)
Heck yeah, I’ve been home-roasting since 2007-ish.
What are you roasting on? I’m using a drum roaster heated by a turbo oven.
