This is not normal, that is not working at all. Repair instead of switching to other manager
Consider using libretranslate, imo deepl isn’t privacy friendly

I can recommend TubeSync, it’s a self hosted service to schedule regular download of selected content from YouTube. You can integrate it easily with Plex
