This acts “neutral” but seems to have a specific conclusion in mind (one that excuses the ICE agent from killing Renee). Ignores the 2 fatal shots that went through the driver’s side window, and the agent’s comments after shooting. Uses only the camera angles that obscure how much he was not in front of the car when shooting. Concludes that he pulled his gun in response to her moving forward despite them happening on the same frame. I dont think this is as unbiased as he wants it to be.
