tankie.tube is a good site to host videos, Hakim’s video is up there already.

It’d be a good idea! I recommend just contributing more to tankie.tube though, as Peertube’s biggest issue is usage, not instance numbers.
I was more thinking along the lines of “what would happen if tankie.tube was shut down because of govt intervention” once it scales. From what I can see in IP Lookup sites, the instance is based in Germany, so I think the odds of that happening are pretty high…
Regardless, I will contribute to the motion picture content serving machine 🫡
