Here I have seared some beef sausage slices and then added yellow onion, bell pepper, fresh tomato, kale and half a scotch bonnet together and simmered it in its own juice for about 25 minutes with a little cajun spice and garlic salt.
Added in a cup of cream and simmered for 10 more minutes to reduce. Served with italian bread and mixed vegetables.
