I got one of these for my cubicle at work, and I plan on printing out an AI-generated sign for him to hold that is supposed to say “I HATE MONDAYS” (or “HATE MONDAYS, LOVE LASAGNA, SIMPLE AS”) but is just vaguely anti-Monday garbled gibberish to annoy and confound my techbro coworkers.
Unfortunately, DALL-E 2 is dead and DALL-E 3 just passes text through verbatim, so I need to find a different image generator. Craiyon doesn’t quite do it, and Stable Diffusion doesn’t give out enough credits to really debug a prompt without forking over cash and torching a small rainforest. So alas, Gorfeld is on the backburner for now.
Amazon. I’m pretty sure it’s just an AliExpress thing getting resold by random alphabet-soup-trademark merchants, but if you search “cursed garfield plush” on Google, at least a few options will come up.
“ugly orange cat plush” on AliExpress brings up a couple of them, too – looks like a couple of sellers have them for 99 cents with free shipping, if you don’t mind waiting several weeks.
